Terms & Conditions (End Users)

These Terms apply to end users (“you”) who use a digital stamp card provided via Stamps.Stamps is operated by Codemellow UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

1. What Stamps Is (and Is Not)

• Stamps provides free digital loyalty cards for customers of participating businesses

• You do not enter into a paid subscription

• You do not purchase any service from Stamps

• Using a stamp card is completely free of charge

2. Registration & Wallet Use

To use a stamp card, you may authenticate via Apple or Google and add the card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
By doing so, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Push Notifications

Once a stamp card is added to your Wallet:

• you may receive push notifications related to that specific loyalty card

• notifications are sent only for that card

• you can disable notifications at any time in your Wallet settings

4. No Obligations

You are not required to:

• make any payments

• complete a subscription

• provide additional information beyond what is required to use the card

5. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the stamp card or attempt to manipulate stamps or rewards.

6. Termination

You can remove the stamp card from your Wallet at any time.
This ends your use of the service for that card.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
