This Privacy Policy explains how personal data of end users is processed when using a digital stamp card via Stamps.

1. Who Processes Your Data

The participating café or store is a separate Data Controller for its own loyalty program.

2. What Data Is Processed

We may process:

  • first name

  • last name

  • email address

  • wallet card identifier

  • stamp and reward activity

3. Who Can Access Your Data

  • Only the specific café or store whose card you use can access your data

  • Other businesses cannot see your data

  • Stamps does not sell or share your data with third parties

4. Storage & Security

  • Data is stored exclusively on Google Cloud servers

  • All processing is GDPR-compliant

  • Stamps retains full technical control over infrastructure and security

5. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed to:

  • operate the digital stamp card

  • display stamps and rewards

  • enable Wallet-based communication

  • prevent misuse or fraud

6. Push Notifications

Notifications may be sent after adding the card to your Wallet.
They are optional and can be disabled at any time via Wallet settings.

7. No Commercial Use

  • No advertising networks

  • No data selling

  • No cross-store profiling

8. Data Retention

Data is stored while the stamp card is active or until deletion is requested, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data

  • correct inaccurate data

  • request deletion

  • object to processing

  • withdraw consent at any time
