How long does setup take?

Creating your account and designing your loyalty card takes about 15 minutes if you have your assets ready. Once completed, we ship your NFC onboarding package within 2–3 working days.

Do customers need to download an app?

No. The loyalty card is saved directly to Apple or Google Wallet. One tap, and it’s ready to use.

Can I redesign my card later?

Yes. You can update and redesign your Wallet card anytime — whether for rebranding or seasonal campaigns like spring or Christmas.

Does it work for multiple locations?

Yes. You can manage multiple locations within one dashboard and track performance per location.

How do you prevent fraud or multiple taps?

In practice, abuse has not been an issue. We recommend placing the NFC visibly (e.g. near the POS). Additionally, built-in fraud control lets you define how many stamps can be collected within a 10 minute window.
