Welcome to Stamps!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stamps service (the "Service") provided by Codemellow UG ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Stamps provides a digital loyalty card solution that allows businesses to create branded stamp cards directly in Apple and Google Wallet. The Service is offered on a subscription basis, with different plans and features, and may include additional charges based on usage.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

a. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Details, including pricing, are available on our website.

b. Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

c. Usage Overages

If your usage exceeds the limits of your chosen plan, additional fees may apply. These overages will be billed in the same manner as your subscription fees.

4. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others.

  • Transmit harmful or malicious code.

  • Engage in activities that may harm the Service or other users.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of Codemellow UG and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codemellow UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.

  • Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or data.

  • Service interruptions or errors.

  • Viruses, malware, or harmful code transmitted by third parties.

  • Errors or omissions in any content.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after revisions means you accept the new Terms.
