How can I cancel my Stamps subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Stamps Dashboard:

  1. Open Manage Subscription in your Dashboard.

  2. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal.

  3. Select Cancel subscription and confirm the cancellation.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. Monthly subscriptions end at the end of the current monthly billing period, while annual subscriptions end at the end of the current annual billing period.

Once your subscription has ended, please return the wooden display, NFC card, cardboard display and any remaining flyers within 14 days to:
