1.2 Signing Up: 4 Easy Steps
To get started with Stamps, first create your account and then go through four quick setup steps.
Once you've completed these four steps, you're all set for now. We'll then prepare your Stamps package and send it to you.
Go to:
There, you'll enter your name and email address. You'll then receive a verification code via email.
Enter the code to verify your account and start the setup process.
If you don't receive the code right away, please check your spam folder. It may take 2–3 minutes for the code to arrive.
Step 1: General Information
In the first step, enter general information about your store.
These include:
Name of your store
Your store's phone number
Your store's email address
This information helps us set up your account and your digital stamp card correctly.
Step 2: Locations
In the second step, enter information about your location.
A location is the place where your customers will collect stamps later on. This could be, for example, your café, restaurant, store, studio, or salon.
By default, you receive one Stamps Terminal per location.
A Stamps Terminal consists of:
a wooden block for the counter
an integrated NFC card
Your customers will later hold their smartphone up to the Stamps terminal to open your digital stamp card, collect stamps, or save the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
If you only have one location, you don't need to add any more locations.
If you have multiple locations, you can create additional locations directly during setup. You can also add additional locations at any time later in the dashboard.
Additional Stamps terminals for an existing location can be ordered as needed.
Step 3: Card Details
In the third step, you determine how many stamps your customers need to collect before they receive a reward.
For example:
Collect 10 stamps and get a free coffee.
This number will be added to your digital stamp card.
Step 4: Choose a Plan
In the fourth step, select your plan and complete the checkout securely via Stripe.
You'll enter your payment information during checkout. To get started, you'll pay €0 for now, since your free trial period is active.
Once the Stripe Checkout is complete, you're all set on your end.
After that, we'll prepare your Stamps package and send it to you.
What happens after checkout?
After checkout, you don't need to do anything else for now.
We'll take care of your onboarding package and set up your Stamps Terminal for you.
As soon as your package arrives, you can test Stamps right in your store and start collecting your first stamps.
From that point on, you'll also be able to see your first insights in the dashboard as soon as customers—or you—use the card.
2. Customize your Card Design
You can edit your card design at any time in the dashboard—even before your Stamps package arrives.
You don't need the physical Stamps Terminal for that yet.
Just go to:
Sign in with your email address, and then go to:
My Card → Edit Card Design
There, you can customize your digital wallet card.
Among other things, you can:
Upload your logo
Adjust Colors
Change your stamp icon
Edit text on the map
Describe the reward
Check or adjust the number of stamps
For example:
Collect 10 stamps and get a free coffee.
We recommend that you finalize the card design before you actively offer Stamps to your customers. That way, the card will reflect your brand from the start and align with your business.
3. Test before going live
As soon as your Stamps package arrives, you should test the process yourself.
Here's how the test works:
Unlock your smartphone.
Go to the home screen.
Hold your smartphone up to the Stamps Terminal.
Open the link.
Add a card or collect stamps.
Check to see if the logo, colors, text, and reward are displayed correctly.
If everything works out, you can place your Stamps Terminal in plain view on the counter and actively offer your digital stamp card to your customers.
